Madeleine Bodice
Pictured with Madeleine skirt and worn over Victorian corset and bustle.
A fitted bodice of emerald green dupion silk it is designed to be worn over the Victorian corset (which dramatically brings in the waist). It features a square neckline with wide straps that go over the shoulder joining to the back of the bodice which is done up with ribbon lacing through 32 small black eyelets. The back of the bodice extends out to cover the top of the skirt as it sits over the Victorian bustle. The front of the bodice features a textured and gathered panel. This bodice is fully lined in emerald green silk dupion.
