This dramatic black velvet skirt has a fishtail cut; hugging the hips and flaring from below the knees. The flared section of the skirt is joined to the top with a beautiful gathered lace. The skirt is lined in a stretch black fabric with a gathered hem of matching black velvet and black gathered lace. Although very fitted, this skirt is easy to wear as it is made from quality Lycra velvet which allows the wearer to move comfortably whilst clinging to all the right curves!
