Bess Petticoat

This pretty skirt is made out of a soft cream poly-cotton fabric which is gathered at the waist. It features a single row of ruffles around the hem and does up with a hook and eye clasp at the waist. Apricot and cream lace are sewn over the seam that connects the ruffles to the rest of the skirt and 20 small apricot bows have been hand sewn on for extra detail. A small button is sewn on to the waistband so that cream ribbon can hook onto it and gather up the left front side of the skirt (if desired). A apricot pink bow can be attached with a brooch pin when the skirt is worn this way.
