Burgundian Gown

This was inspired by the traditional pre-medieval gowns of the Burgundian period, and is made entirely from "henna" and "chocolate brown" silk velvet. The bodice is high-cut with a striking collar and a thick underbust band. The dress fastens at the back with 16 "henna" buttons and 3 brown buttons, and the collar attaches together with hook-and-eye closures. The hem features a thick band of the brown velvet.
