» Available to buy directly from our online store, prices range between $250.00AU - $1,000.00AU (for other values please contact us and we can happily arrange it for you).
» Beautifully presented with the recipients’ name individually printed on it, our vouchers are posted to you via registered mail (at no extra cost).
» Our vouchers can be spent on an individual item or go towards something more extravagant. Recipients can choose or be inspired from our gallery, have us design something uniquely for them or come up with their own garment design. The possibilities are endless!
» The minimum voucher cost will cover approximately one complete item (excludes corsetry which starts at $500.00AU), but additional trims, customization, or more expensive fabrics will incur extra. Vouchers can be redeemed at our online store, you will just need to email us your details so we can crosscheck our records and process your order.
» We prefer to work closely with our clients to ensure a perfect fit and never finish a garment without one or two fittings. If you do not live near Melbourne (Australia), some garments can still be made (by sending your measurements) but you will not be able to have a fitting. Clients who are able to attend fittings have more flexibility of design and receive garments that are better tailored to their unique shape and requirements.
» Please note that our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used in the one transaction. It is the responsibility of the recipient to contact us to arrange the first meeting or fitting. When redeeming a voucher normal waiting periods apply so be sure to allow plenty of time if you need your outfit for a specific date.
