Accepted Payment Methods

» We accept payment by PayPal, cash, and direct deposit from all our Australian customers.
» We only accept paypal from international customers.

Refunds and Returns

» All deposits are non-refundable.
» We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
» Postage costs are non-refundable and return costs are at the expense of the customer.
» In the unlikely event of a fault in your garment we will happily repair or replace the item if we deem it appropriate. We do not give refunds or accept returns of items that have experienced ‘wear and tear’.
» We do not give refunds or accept returns of garments made in custom sizes when made using measurements provided by the customer.



Garment Exchange

» There are no exchanges on garments made in custom sizes or for change of mind.
» No responsibility is taken for the accuracy of measurements provided by you for orders place through our online shopping cart. Please contact us directly if you have any questions about the specific measurements we require to complete your order. If a garment does not fit properly because of inaccurate measurements provided, contact us and we can alter it to fit (depending on the garment) at your expense.


Postage & Handling

» Delivery for orders made through our shopping cart usually take up to four weeks depending on our workload. If you require your order by a specific date please contact us and confirm that we can meet your deadline before placing your order.
» Postage costs are non-refundable and return costs are at the expense of the customer.
» All products are shipped via Australia Post and are registered. A signature is required on delivery.
